Since our formation we have provided recruitment, outplacement and coaching services to senior executives and those facing job transition, company closure or redundancy. Over the last few years using the advances in IT/AI we have adapted these high quality assessments and coaching services to suit those entering the job market, either school leavers,
Throughout our history Kilvington Saville has provided consulting services to our customers on a wide range of management and HR issues. On occasions, this has required us to develop innovative techniques and products to provide the solutions.

In the fast-moving field of Assessment Technology and Techniques no one company has the best products across all the applications. We look to integrating Positive and Traditional Occupational & Educational Psychology techniques with Behavioural Economics and AI/gamification to provide bespoke solutions that really deliver.
Our Career-Fit subsidiary has developed a career coaching methodology and process that is available to be used either face to face or on-line. www.career-fit.com. We are fortunate that we had already developed this highly scalable, on-line coaching service that is available 24x7, anywhere in the world as when the Covid pandemic hit we have still been able to support this massively growing requirement.

Training & Development
We provide people and organisations with a wide range of training that is tailored to their individual needs. Some is provided by ourselves but most of the modules come from a group of academic and commercial training organisations who provide their best in class on-line training.
We have also developed our own Career Coaching course that teaches people to use the Career-fit 5-step career coaching programme. This is suitable for teachers, vocational guidance professionals, executive/life coaches and those looking to add career coaching to their service offerings.
