HR Consultancy

This is an area in which we have often been involved, as we have helped our clients either build new operations or reorganise existing ones. Some of our consultants have HR backgrounds and will act as interim HR Directors or Managers on some of the projects that we are engaged in.

We also have a group of Partners who are specialists in a range of HR Consulting, Training and Development and we use them to provide our clients with the advice and services they require.

In some cases we manage the project and client/providers interface and provide a comprehensive turn-key solution but we are equally comfortable to work with the client in identifying what is required and then facilitating the introductions to the relevant partner and let them work together directly.
